A pleasure to meet with The Treasurer and Minister for Trade & Investment of Queensland, Hon Cameron Dick on his visit to Indonesia last week. The Queensland Treasurer and IABC National President George Iwan Marantika had the opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities in the economic relationship between Queensland and Indonesia before he flew to Semarang to meet with the Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo.
Queensland and Indonesia share a close trade and investment relationship across various industries including mining, agriculture, aerospace, and education. The State of Queensland also has a sister state-province cooperation with Central Java Province which has been established for approximately 32 years, among them in investments and renewable energy.
