Economic Outlook 2025 and the Economic Impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
It was fantastic to see such a good turnout at our first event in 2025, the IABC Business Breakfast "Economic Outlook 2025 and the Economic Impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)" in partnership with IBCWE (Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment).
The event commenced with an economic outlook presentation by Jodi West, President Director of PT Bank ANZ Indonesia followed by a panel discussion moderated by IBCWE Executive Director Wita Krisanti, and featured esteemed panellists Yahya Prasetya Suryadi, Talent Acquisition Director, L'Oréal Indonesia; Mariam Kartikatresni, IABC National President; and Jodi West discussing how fostering diversity in the workplace contributes to increased productivity and innovation.
We were honored to have the event concluded with remarks from Gita Kamath, Australian Charge d'Affaires to Indonesia, who shared her takeaways on the topic with the audience.
